2008 SUMMER DANCE PROGRAMS
WHY DANCE THIS SUMMER?
Ballet is an
athletic art that requires continual muscle memory training and
workout. If your muscle memory training and workout stop for
the summer, when autumn and the new school year arrive, you must re-start your
training. The result: Your progress and advancement in ballet suffer a huge
slowdown and setback. |
