SCHOOL CALENDAR
Classes begin Monday, August 30, 2010, and continue through Saturday, June 11, 2011.
The Academy will be closed during the following holidays:

LABOR DAY: No classes Friday, September 3 through Monday, September 6. Classes resume Tuesday, September 7.
THANKSGIVING: No classes Wednesday, November 24 through Sunday, November 28. Classes resume Monday, November 29.
CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR’S: No classes Monday, December 20 through Saturday, January 1. Classes resume Monday, January 3.
EASTER / SPRING BREAK: No classes Monday, April 18 through Saturday, April 23. Classes resume Monday, April 25.
MEMORIAL DAY: No classes Friday, May 27 through Monday, May 30. Classes resume Tuesday, May 31.

The Academy generally, BUT NOT ALWAYS, follows the schedule of Fauquier Public Schools when classes are cancelled due to inclement weather. However, please check our website or call the Academy for specific announcement of affected classes. The Director will post a makeup schedule in the Academy lobby for all classes missed due to weather conditions.

OBSERVATION WEEKS
Space and seating is minimal; observation is limited to PARENTS ONLY. Observation week classes are a classroom dance education setting, therefore, please do not bring siblings unable to SIT QUIETLY through the lesson.
Monday, November 15 – Saturday, November 20
Monday, February 28 – Saturday, March 5
Monday, June 6 – Saturday, June 11
ANNUAL SPRING CONCERT
Our Annual Spring Concert is Sunday, May 22, 4:00 p.m. at Liberty High School in Bealeton. Dress rehearsal is Saturday afternoon, May 21.
