SCHOOL CALENDAR
Classes begin Monday, August 29, 2011, and continue through Saturday, June 9, 2012.
The Academy will be closed during the following holidays:

LABOR DAY: No classes Friday, September 2 through Monday, September 5. Classes resume Tuesday, September 6.
THANKSGIVING: No classes Wednesday, November 23 through Sunday, November 27. Classes resume Monday, November 28.
CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR’S: No classes Tuesday, December 20 through Monday, January 2. Classes resume Tuesday, January 3.
EASTER / SPRING BREAK: No classes Monday, April 2 through Saturday, April 7. Classes resume Monday, April 9.
MEMORIAL DAY: No classes Friday, May 25 through Monday, May 28. Classes resume Tuesday, May 29.

The Academy generally, BUT NOT ALWAYS, follows the schedule of Fauquier Public Schools when classes are cancelled due to inclement weather. However, please check our website or call the Academy for specific announcement of affected classes. The Director will post a makeup schedule in the Academy lobby for all classes missed due to weather conditions.

OBSERVATION WEEKS
Space and seating is minimal; observation is limited to PARENTS ONLY. Observation week classes are a classroom dance education setting, therefore, please do not bring siblings unable to SIT QUIETLY through the lesson.

Monday, February 27 – Saturday, March 3
Monday, June 4 – Saturday, June 9
ANNUAL SPRING CONCERT
Our 12th Annual Spring Dance Concert is Sunday, May 20, 4:00 p.m. at Liberty High School in Bealeton. Dress rehearsal is Saturday afternoon, May 19.
