SCHOOL CALENDAR
Classes begin Monday, August 31, 2009, and continue through Saturday, June 12, 2010.
The Academy will be closed during the following holidays:

LABOR DAY: No classes Friday, September 4 through Monday, September 7. Classes resume Tuesday, September 8.
THANKSGIVING: No classes Wednesday, November 25 through Sunday, November 29. Classes resume Monday, November 30.
CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR’S: No classes Monday, December 21 through Saturday, January 2. Classes resume Monday, January 4.
EASTER / SPRING BREAK: No classes Monday, March 29 through Saturday, April 3. Classes resume Monday, April 5.
MEMORIAL DAY: No classes Friday, May 28 through Monday, May 31. Classes resume Tuesday, June 1.

The Academy generally, BUT NOT ALWAYS, follows the schedule of Fauquier Public Schools when classes are cancelled due to inclement weather. However, please check our website or call the Academy for specific announcement of affected classes. The Director will post a makeup schedule in the Academy lobby for all classes missed due to weather conditions.

OBSERVATION WEEKS
Space and seating is minimal; observation is limited to PARENTS ONLY. Observation week classes are a classroom dance education setting, therefore, please do not bring siblings unable to SIT QUIETLY through the lesson.

Monday, June 7 – Saturday, June 12
ANNUAL SPRING CONCERT
Our Annual Spring Concert is Sunday, May 23, 4:00 p.m. at Liberty High School in Bealeton. Dress rehearsal is Saturday afternoon, May 22.
