BALLET ACADEMY OF WARRENTON
TUITION FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE 2007 - 2008 SCHOOL YEAR: Tuition fees are based on the total number of lessons during the 10-month school year, NOT on the number of lessons per month. For your convenience, yearly tuition may be divided into five (5) payments. TO FIND YOUR TUITION RATE, GO TO THE LEFT HAND COLUMN AND FIND THE TOTAL NUMBER OF HOURS PER WEEK YOU TAKE CLASS (INCLUDE ALL STUDENT HOURS IN YOUR FAMILY)
The Academy does not have a billing service; it is your responsibility to pay tuition on time. Please place tuition checks in the tuition box provided at the front counter. NO CASH in the tuition box, please. There is a one-time registration fee of $30.00 for new students, payable at the time of enrollment. This “one-time” policy applies only if a student remains continuously enrolled. If you drop and later re-enroll, the $30.00 charge is re-applied. The first payment is due when you enroll, and thereafter at the first lesson of the month indicated on the schedule below. For students paying tuition in five (5) installments, there is a $20.00 late fee for tuition paid after the 15th of the month in which a tuition payment is due. These rates apply to all family members whose tuition is paid on the same check and on the same payment schedule. If you pay tuition by the year in one payment, there is a 10% discount for payment in full BEFORE September 1, 2007. If you pay tuition by the semester in two payments, there is a 5% discount for tuition paid in two payments - The first payment BEFORE September 1, 2007 and the second BEFORE February 1, 2008. When considering payment by the year or semester, please remember there are NO TUITION REFUNDS; be certain your child will want to complete the term for which you have pre-paid. ACADEMY ENROLLMENT, ATTENDANCE, AND TUITION POLICY: Because class sizes are strictly limited, tuition must be current to hold a student’s place in class. Students who are absent three consecutive weeks, whose tuition is unpaid for the current month, and who have not contacted the Academy Director WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE CLASS ROSTER. If the student is in a full class with a waiting list, their place will be given to another student on the waiting list. If the dropped student wishes to continue taking class/es, provided space is available, the $30. enrollment fee will be charged to re-enroll. Refunds and/or credits are NOT given for absences. Classes missed due to illness may be made up. Please see the Director for proper make up class placement. There is a $25.00 service charge if your bank does not honor your check. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, the Director will post a make up schedule in the Academy lobby. |
